Section 1

General Terms of Use

By accessing bdbja.net or any page within the bdbja platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. bdbja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdbja will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the bdbja Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between the User and bdbja. In the event of a conflict between any promotional terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

bdbja operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services. The platform is intended solely for adult recreational use. Nothing on bdbja.net constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or any guarantee of outcome. All gaming activity carries inherent risk, and Users should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

• These Terms apply to all Users, including registered account holders and guest visitors to the platform.
• bdbja reserves the right to restrict access to the platform from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• The platform and all associated content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• bdbja shall not be liable for any service interruptions, system outages, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and bdbja with respect to the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdbja platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions. bdbja takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employs multiple verification mechanisms to enforce this policy.

At the time of registration, Users are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Following registration, bdbja may at any time request documentary proof of age as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail to satisfy age verification within the stipulated timeframe will be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

In addition to the age requirement, Users must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• The User must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on their own behalf.
• The User must not be a current or former employee of bdbja, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• The User must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• The User must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bdbja or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• The User must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during the registration process. Any deliberate falsification of registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bdbja services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — a User must register a verified account on the platform. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, Users are required to provide a valid email address, a username, a secure password, their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. This information is used to verify identity, process payments, and communicate account-related notices. bdbja processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information at all times. Any change of name, address, email, or primary payment method must be notified to the bdbja support team at [email protected]. bdbja reserves the right to freeze account activity pending re-verification if account details are found to be out of date or inconsistent with identity documents on file.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bdbja supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally trusted payment methods. Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed using SSL-encrypted connections. bdbja does not store full card details on its servers.

Deposits are credited to the User's bdbja account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. For mobile financial service providers such as bKash and Nagad, this typically occurs within minutes of the transaction being initiated. For card payments, processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take up to one business day in exceptional circumstances.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount on bdbja is ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts have higher deposit limits than unverified accounts.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bdbja reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently supported on bdbja.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days of submission, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bdbja reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Free bet winnings may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• bdbja shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or mobile financial service provider outages.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bdbja offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are governed by specific terms that accompany each offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per promotional period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless bdbja expressly permits this in writing for a specific promotion.
• bdbja reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, except in cases where the User has already opted in and commenced wagering the bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in each promotion. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period if requirements have not been satisfied.
• bdbja reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a User has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. No User should register on bdbja for the primary purpose of bonus extraction. Accounts identified as engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season — are published on the bdbja promotions page with their own specific eligibility and wagering terms. All Users are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before depositing or opting in.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bdbja platform agree to use the service in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following obligations apply to all registered Users and, where applicable, to unregistered visitors to the platform.

bdbja employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdbja reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void any associated bets or game rounds, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account with or without return of deposited funds depending on the severity of the breach.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on bdbja.net — including but not limited to the bdbja brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the intellectual property of bdbja or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdbja platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written authorisation from bdbja.

• Game content, including graphics, audio, and software, is licensed to bdbja by certified third-party game studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios.
• The bdbja name and logo may not be used in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without explicit written permission from bdbja.
• Any User-submitted content (such as feedback or support communications) may be used by bdbja for internal quality improvement purposes without compensation to the User.
• Unauthorised use of bdbja's intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to permanent account closure.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bdbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of the bonus system, violation of the prohibited conduct policy, or any activity that bdbja reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bdbja support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bdbja will process any eligible pending withdrawals (subject to standard KYC and wagering requirement conditions) and deactivate the account within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

• In cases where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, bdbja reserves the right to withhold any balance derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Deposited funds that are not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method upon account closure, subject to identity verification.
• Users whose accounts have been closed for breach of these Terms may not re-register on the bdbja platform. Any attempt to circumvent a closure by registering under a different identity will be treated as a further breach of these Terms.
• bdbja will retain account data for a minimum period of five years following closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
